Responsible for efficient and profitable operation of food preparation. Maintaining high standard of quality and freshness, using high-grade products while striving to keep food costs to a minimum. Assists Executive Chef with plans, directs, control, coordinates and participates in the activities of personnel engaged in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment. Strong experience and knowledge of Kitchen Management. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
