Male couple looking to hire a well experienced HOUSEMAN / HANDYMAN able to do most Property maintenance, cleaning, repairs and professional / personal assistance. Property and job located in Orlando, Florida.

Requires you be skilled with most Handyman duties, Property caretaking, minor repairs, errands, detailed cleaning and house chores inside and outside. You would also provide professional or personal assistance to the male couple.

The luxury furnished apartment would be provided in trade of your first 24 work hours each week. Thereafter, $15. per hour paid for each weeks work hours that exceed the first 24 work hours for the furnished luxury apartment.

Luxury furnished apartment only offered to just the one skilled property caretaker.
