HRIS Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a remote HRIS Analyst.Summary:The HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting in the day to day support and of the HRIS structure. The primary focus of this position is assisting in the support of configuration, project plans and day to day maintenance of the Oracle human resource information system and the HRIS Manager. The HRIS Analyst provides operational support to the comp analysts and the business subject matter experts and ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work 3+ years of HRIS, HR Generalist or Specialist experience 3+ years of experience working with Human Resource Data 2+ years of experience with Oracle configuration and analysis required, specifically with business processes in the HCM and Recruitment Modules are a must Experience with HR terminology, regulations, operations, procedures, requirements and practices Strong problem solving and with a creative and innovative approach for solution thinking is a must Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets is a must Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
