SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN in its search to fill a contract-to-hire role for a Help Desk Analyst with a hybrid work schedule. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for responding to all technology needs for the Company's employees. This includes but is not limited to hardware, software, meeting setups, audio and video setups, printers, network connectivity, mobile devices, and office phones.As the Help Desk Analyst, you will routinely travel to the Company's remote locations to provide on-site support as well as provide after-hours support, and work with vendors as needed.A successful candidate for the Help Desk Analyst role is someone who has good communications skills, a professional attitude, able to work well with others, and possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer IT Help Desk phone calls
  • Track all requests in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install hardware and software as needed
  • Equipment set up for internal and external meetings
  • Set up audio and video conferencing sessions
  • Image and profile computers
  • Configure mobile devices to receive the Company's email contacts and calendar events
  • Replace toner in all printers and copiers
  • Track loaner equipment
  • Troubleshoot and configure office phones

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows 2010
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Console and Windows Active Directory
  • Experience with network infrastructure devices such as hubs switches and servers
  • Experience conducting remote assistance and working with remote network access programs such as Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect VPN
  • Experience with imaging software such as SCCM
