RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Business Execution Administrator in Sioux Falls, South Dakota (SD).Summary:The Business Execution Administrator sits on a team within Corporate Risk, specifically the Insurance Licensing Team which oversees the system of record to support insurance licensed Financial Advisors, Bankers, Client Associates, additional individuals who support Financial Advisors in the solicitation of Insurance and Annuity business. You will be insuring licensing employees provide the best possible service to these individuals as well as ensure adherence to established policies and procedures with a focus on mitigating risk.Responsibilities include: Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and business execution across multiple lines of business Business Execution Administrator will identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks Business Execution Administrator will receive direction from supervisors Assist with the administration of strategy and execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiativesREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of Administrative Support, Business Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Customer Service experience; Experience servicing calls Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Great organizational skills with ability to multitask Problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to interpret policies and procedures and provide information Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issuesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
