Location Requirements: This is a remote position. Must reside within 100 miles of our Spartanburg, SC location.Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 8:00am-11:30pm

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information
• Resolving with payment disputes and discussing transactions on customer accounts
• Document cases of locked an/or restricted accounts
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
• Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to search for answers and information
• Read client legal disclosures verbatim

Required qualifications, skills and experience

• Good at overcoming objections
• Natural ability to show resilience during stressful situations
• Detail oriented and mathematically inclined
• Basic accounting skills (credit/debit)
• Basic computer navigation skills
• You work well with a team or independently

Qualifications:

• Must have availability during our hours of operation (8:00am-11:30pm 7 days a week)
• You are 18+ years of age
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You can pass a criminal background check

Equipment & Internet Requirements:

• Equipment provided (desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset & cords)
• Candidate must have hard-wired home internet connection from router to the equipment
• Internet speed must be 3.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Nice to have (but not required):

• Customer service background
• Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar
