Job DetailsPosition Overview:Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier, manufacturing, and customer quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends, leading continuous improvement projects or other methods as deemed appropriate.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10 years related experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of project management (experience preferred)
• Knowledge of quality system methodologies
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, methodology, and special processes
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups
• Function independently of direct supervision
