This position is eligible for remote work.Starting salary range of$71,847 - $121,272 based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating and implementing an enterprise-wide Data Quality (DQ) strategy by working with business and technology partners to ensure alignment and dedication to objectives.
  • Act as primary resource representing Data Governance team on assigned projects. Conduct data quality analysis and discovery efforts, resolve data integrity and data quality issues for major initiatives and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify data quality needs and requirements.
  • Assist other data governance specialists in creating and maintaining various data assets.
  • Work with technical and business stakeholders to support the collection, integration, and retention of data sources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working in data quality role with advanced skills in data profiling and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability understanding business processes and pain points and leading definition of data quality requirements to meet business needs.
  • Attention to detail, including recognizing and managing data errors, anomalies and processes that affect the overall health and quality of the data.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of data quality frameworks and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of data governance framework and disciplines.
  • Proficient with SQL.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality solution tools (e.g., Talend Data Fabric, informatica) and cloud platform (e.g., AWS S3 bucket).
  • Experience working with large data repositories, and/or relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data management technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, relational database design, data warehousing and/or NoSQL DB (e.g., mongo DB).
  • Strong project management and business analysis knowledge and familiarity with Agile Methodology.
  • Understanding of data related regulatory requirements and knowledge of emerging trends and issues.
  • Driven to continuously develop and acquire new technical skills, learn new tools & programming languages.
  • Knowledge of modern data science and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build productive and positive relationships across organizations.
  • Skilled at developing presentations with business/technical details for key stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in both technology and business environments.
