Job Description: Must have 3+ years verifiable experience operating and working in an Additive Manufacturing/Prototyping environment, preferably within AS9100Skilled at optimizing the Additive Manufacturing/Rapid Prototyping processAbility to repeatedly produce complex and tight tolerance componentsMust be proficient in one or more of the 3D printing software programs (Simply 3D, Cura, …)Must have knowledge of PDM, SolidWorks, CATIA, SharePoint, MS OfficeBasic knowledge with 3D surface modelingFamiliarity with CNC programing, G-codeFully support all post-processing and finishing of 3D printed partsExecuting set-up and operate on additive manufacturing printers, FDMGenerate optimized build files to produce high quality parts in minimum time with maximum consistencyMonitor builds on a varying scheduleMaintaining additive manufacturing printersAbility to independently set up FDM builds for optimized throughput with little to no guidanceOperate, control, and optimize multiple Additive Manufacturing processes from CAD file to finished part
