Lucas Group has partnered with our client on their search for a QA and Application Support Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for developing, revising, and verifying test case scenarios based on business/technical requirements, as well as troubleshooting and resolve system/application incidents reported by end-users
What You Will Do:- Troubleshoot and resolve system/application incidents reported by end-users
- Write, maintain, Test program modifications against user specifications
- Evaluate testing requirements specifications to assess feasibility
- Excellent knowledge of quality/defect measurement and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Understanding of client/server software architecture and design
- Experience working within a help desk ticketing system
- Experience working with source control tools and application deployment best practices
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience and Application Support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering, associated discipline, or equivalent experience
