THIS ROLE IS MAINLY ON-SITE.The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a Global Manufacturing leader in the Greater Philly Area on their quest for a talented Help Desk Technician. In this role you will function as a key resource supporting end users on various hardware and software technical issues and/or requests via phone, in-person, chat, video, email.Responsibilities
- Utilize ticketing system to provide support, coordinating with Network and Systems Admins as needed.
- Main areas of support include:
- Imaging of new computers.
- File Sharing.
- AV support (projectors, video conferencing via MS Teams).
- Active Directory.
- MS Office.
- 1+ years’ experience providing hardware and software Helpdesk support to end users.
- Experience with MS Office and Active Directory.
