RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst in Beaverton, OR.Summary:We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst to help ensure accuracy in our Talent Acquisition data warehouse. To be successful in this role we are looking for a strong collaborator to maintain and continuously improve the data upload and validation process. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of identifying errors and gaps within a data landscape and coordinating with the appropriate partners to find solutions to improve our data.What you will work on:You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in our data warehouse through running daily audits, raise awareness when there are gaps between our applicant tracking system and the data exposed in the data warehouse and work with our data engineering team to find solutions when there are inconstancies. You will develop an understanding of how TA systems and processes impact our data and be able to expose and communicate how process impacts our data landscape to stakeholders. You will also work with our People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to ensure accuracy in the TA data exposed in various dashboards and reports offered.The Senior Data Quality Analyst will report to the TA Reporting & Automation Manager and be a part of the HR Services, Operations, and Analytics (HRSOA) organization. You will partner directly with our TA Analysts, HR Data Engineers, People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition data stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition, HR Reporting & Analytics, or direct experience in the data quality space Experience with Talent Acquisition data and applicant tracking systems preferred - Taleo experience is a strong plus Well versed with Alteryx and Tableau Advanced Excel knowledge Experience or knowledge of Smartsheets and ServiceNow a plus Intermediate level proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) SAP or Spinifex experience a plus Strong understanding of relational databases or data warehouses Experience developing audit procedures for standard reports Experience working with highly confidential data Strong task management capabilities to manage multiple tracks of work and requirements, as well as participating in prioritization and working with a backlog Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to lean in on critical tasks and get things done; Company is committed to employing a diverse workforceWith a commitment to innovation, this client employs some of the world's top engineers and designers!
