RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mobile Delivery Manager in Beaverton, OR.The following information outlines the position roles and responsibilities:Leadership: Mobile Delivery Manager will serve as the liaison between company leadership and Kforce squads Provide day to day oversight of the nearshore squads Proactively build relationships with company key stakeholders Attend company leader meetings to ensure understanding of vision, architecture, development standards, and scopeMeetings: Attend leader meetings Attend Kforce Leadership meetings (review project status reports, project outlook, roadblocks, etc.)Documentation & Deliverables: Create and maintain a project plan and charter Document, prioritize and maintain risk and issues log As a Mobile Delivery Manager, you will develop and maintain a project RACI with focus on roles between client and Kforce Develop and maintain the Consultant Playbook (onboarding process, client policies, training, background information, etc.); Train and orient new consultants and set them up for success in their new roles Develop and maintain the Technical Playbook (capture technical ecosystem and other information gathered during discovery, interviews, and knowledge ramp); Supports the onboarding and ramp of new consultants Oversee development of client required documentation in accordance with the SOW (and/or agreed to scope statement) and client requests Execute and maintain operational or process type documentation as we evolve over time to ensure proper and consistent documentation is captured Provide weekly status reporting to internal Kforce team and key Kforce/Company leadership Create the Monthly Deliverable Acceptance report and share with the client and internally to Kforce leadership and then the client in support of the invoicing processREQUIREMENTS: Mobile development experience (iOS and Android) Ecommerce experience - Direct to Consumer services SAFe experienceWith a commitment to innovation, this client employs some of the world's top engineers and designers!
