Lease Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Lease Administrator.Responsibilities: The Lease Administrator will maintain data and critical dates in key systems Audit critical work driver triggers Partner with Construction team to monitor and communicate date sensitive lease and turnover requirements Tenant Allowance tracking Desk top audits As a Lease Administrator, this role will analyze and identify over-billings and coordinate with landlords to recover monies due to the company Tax appeal support Collaborate to align and monitor cross functional responsibilities Lease language review Ad hoc reportingREQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years of experience in lease management, including abstracting, reviewing, and analyzing commercial real estate lease documents and related monetary obligations Strong understanding of lease administrative functions Ability to review and reconcile billings Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and resolve lease-related disputes, maintenance issues, and defaults Strong understanding of lease terminology and implications of lease language Must have experience with and proficiency in Lease Management SoftwarePreferred/Bonus Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, or Business Tririga experience Smartsheets experienceKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
