Job DetailsPosition: Horizontal CNC Mill Machinist/ProgrammerShift: 4-10's M-Th, 6a-4:30pRole: Full-Time Direct HireWage: $28-$40hr depending upon experience CNC horizontal milling machinist with extensive estimating, programming, and set up experience, and preferred estimating experience as well.Responsibilities will include:

• Manage milling department, senior level milling capabilities a must
• Program, Set-up and operate CNC Mills
• Must be proficient with Mastercam
• Minimum 2 years' experience set up and programming, taking from print to production
• Must have extensive experience with tooling, fixtures and inspection techniques
• Experience with Fanuc controls (Machines include Leadwell and Quaser)
• Understanding of GDT tolerances and interpreting prints
• Must have own tools
• Ability to trouble shoot and fix problems
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
