These design patterns will be used as solutions helping each of our providers to improve and sustain patient care by using development tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and ASP.Net as well as other applications.Roles and Responsibility:• Develops information systems by designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.• Develops a testing cadence (both unit and solution testing) for customer facing solutions that allows for automated and proactive monitoring.• Test deliverables satisfactorily to ensure accuracy of data according to departmental standards prior to release.• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.• Identify, initiate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey project scope, define when a project is considered complete (done), deliverable timelines, as well as unmet expectations.• Work alongside a development team and subject matter experts (SME's) as part of an Agile/Kanban process to build custom applications for our internal clients.• Follow through the entire development life cycle (SDLC).• Follow departmental standards for maintaining version control.• Use appropriate tools and methodology for development.• Assist with database administration tasks.• Analyze and tune database queries and design to improve performance. Requirements Qualifications and Skills:• 5+ years of professional software development experience• .NET, C#, ASP• Microsoft SQL Server Stack (SQL, SSIS, SSRS)• SOAP and REST APIs• Understanding SOLID principles• Proficient in Object Oriented Principles• Proficient in SQL, C# or C, and object-oriented design skills• Application architecture and design patterns• Experience with Source Control• PowerShell• Microsoft Excel and Word• SmartSheetsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline• 5+ years of professional software development experience in .Net applications (both UI and back-end services) along with understanding of architecture, data management, and SOLID principals• Experience as a team member throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automated testing, and operation• Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
