Scrum Master Level 2

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Level 2 Scrum Master to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire basis, fully remote!Summary:The primary responsibilities and role for Scrum Master with our client is to act as a servant leader and coach for the Consultant team. They will educate the team in principles and practices to ensure Agile process is followed. The Scrum Master will eliminate impediments to allow the team to focus on achieving goals committed.Duties: Scrum Master will foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement Enable team to self-organize, self-manage & deliver via Lean-Agile practices Support and reinforce the rules of Scrum, built-in quality practices, WIP limits and all other process rules the team has agreed on Foster collaboration and transparence between teams, internal and external Facilitate team progress toward daily team and iteration goals in support of objectives and key results (OKR) Lead team efforts in relentless improvements through retrospectives and problem-solving techniques Lastly, the Scrum Master will foster a team culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship to constantly improve the quality of their deliverablesREQUIREMENTS: Scrum Master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise Experience in an agile environment in other roles; Such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential. Excellent team player and team builder Ability to work with all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and communicate agile methodologies within the organization Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills Strong ability to manage multiple agile teams and ensure a proper balance between PMO (Project Management office, business and technology teams and management) Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detailThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
