Manager - Business Systems Analyst Wooster, Ohio (permanent, on-site)

This is a permanent, on-site position in Wooster, OhioManager Business Systems Analyst. Working Leader – Serves as a Senior Business Analyst in support of program, project and support initiatives as required. Directs both employee and contractor BSAs regarding team assignments and overall Analyst efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the entire IT Leadership team to define / enhance the BSA Discipline system development life cycle process, methods and tools.People Leader - Accountable for coaching/mentoring, training, career development, and performance evaluation.BSA assets. Recruit, attract and select the right people, interview effectively, provide orientation, and training for new employees.Discipline Owner – Seeks to continuously improve BSA delivery and stays current with requirements gathering and process techniques/concepts and their effectiveness. Define and evolve standard procedures and processes required across project teams for effective requirement management and with adherence to standardized IT processes, strategic principles, and architectural standards.Responsible for objective setting, performance management and salary administration of direct reports.Develops and manages the resource allocation of direct reports in coordination with other teams / resources to deliver projects, maintenance, and support activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university or comparable work experience.Eight years of experience in software development as Business Systems Analyst.Hands-on large project experience leading Business Systems Analyst in traditional and Agile/Iterative delivery approaches.P & C Insurance Experience a plus.
