This is a permanent, full-time position in Medina, Ohio.Technical Engineer Duties and responsibilities
- Help maintain, support, update and enhance the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system
- Provide Prophet 21 end-user training as well as Interact with IT to continuously evaluate & improve the ERP, eCommerce, and PIM/DAM platforms
- Coordinate with the rest of the IT team including IT PM, BA and Developers and will be a critical contributor to ongoing system integrations and continuous improvements of the eCommerce and PIM/DAM platforms
- Provide functional and technical guidance for Prophet 21
- Manage Prophet 21 Crystal Forms, Portals, Alerts, Tasks, Dynachange, Business Rules, EDI, EDA, and other reporting services
- Experience with software as it relates to distribution company, Ecommerce, reporting, CRM.
- Benefit to have skills in EPICOR P21
- Two or four year degree in information systems or information technology. Similar fields may qualify
- Proven track record working in this capacity with a manufacturing or distribution company. Prefer 3-7 years of experience
- Distribution/Warehouse experience
- Proficient in Office 365 tools
- Proficient in C#.net
- Must be comfortable as the go to person for all technology related topics
- Experience with prioritizing projects and completing them on time
