Autobody/Frame Tech - GUARANTEED PAY

Airport Paint and Body is looking for a technician interested in a GUARANTEED PAY position at our Erlanger location. We have optional pay plans - either guaranteed pay, hourly, or flat rate.

The 90 day waiting period will be waived for paid holidays. We also offer offer paid vacation, health insurance, and a company matched 401(k) plan. Our health insurance has a low deductible and copay. We can provide assistance with the transfer of your current retirement plan if needed.

There is a a boot/uniform allowance provided yearly for reimbursement. There is no uniform rental fee or deposit.

Simply put, you come in 8am-5pm and do your work and receive a paycheck every Friday. No weekends are expected or required.

Our pay, health insurance, and 401k match are VERY competitive with the market.

If you come in to discuss the position, and we do not meet or beat your current body shop employer's healthcare benefits, we will give you a $25 gift card for lunch!
