We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Villages at Symmes Crossing in Cincinnati, OH. The Turn Tech is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents.Click here to apply

What We Offer:

$21.00 - $23.00/hr.

PLUS Monthly and quarterly bonuses

Up to $70 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

Valid Driver's License

Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requestsClick here to apply
