Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with Hirschfeld Marketing Solutions (HMS) warehouse, fleet, inventory, assets and property maintenance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Maintenance of HMS fleet

● Warehouse organization, inventory, shipping and receiving

● Maintain a safe and secure work environment, following warehouse procedures and safety standards

● Assist with equipment maintenance, moving of assets and vehicles

● Assist with inventory, packing and shipping

● Maintain Class A CDL license

● Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Three years of relevant warehouse, asset management, and/or maintenance related experience

● Three years of experience operating commercial vehicles pulling trailers up to 28’ and/or 15,000 lbs.

● Three years of experience operating various branded assets, including pods and drop trailers (setup, teardown, maintenance, etc.)

● Maintain a CDL Class A License, clean driving record, and valid medical card

● Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to random screening according to DOT requirements

● Must be able to communicate and work well as a team member

● Willingness to work hands on with projects (setup, teardown, basic repairs/maintenance and troubleshooting as needed)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

● Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting.

● Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED WORK HOURS

Full time position; Minimum 40 hours per week
