RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an entry level VDC Engage Analyst (Tech Writer) to remotely support our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC).Summary:We are looking for a technical writer who enjoys learning about complex technical concepts and can effectively articulate those concepts to our internal Stakeholders with a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.The VDC Engage Analyst (Tech Writer) will work with our Virtual Demand Center Process and Platform and VDC Engage analysts and operation leaders to document new requirements, processes, and business agreements as we expand and optimize our operations; This will be accomplished through accompanying our team members during Stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions and workshops. Your role will be to create new documentation, update existing collateral, document new features and functionality to be used within the VDC operation, facilitate document management, and ensure VDC SharePoint updates for Stakeholder consumption. Your expertise must be able to articulate complex concepts in clear language using flow charts, storyboards, mockups, SharePoint sites, and detailed user story documents.REQUIREMENTS: A college degree is preferred but not required Prior experience with a technical or IT oriented company The entry-level technical writer should possess editing and proofreading skills to deliver documents free of grammatical and style errors Tech-savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and quickly grasp technical knowledge Ability to coordinate with Virtual Demand subject matter experts, IT analysts, and business stakeholders, to correlate their ideas and communicate them logically within documentation or presentations Meet aggressive deadlines and handle the work requests presented Basic understanding of Agile software development and release processes Ability to use visual components such as charts, graphs, lists, etc., to highlight and amplify valuable information; Ensure to include credible and authentic content with proper citation-if using external sources to back up data Edit and update material produced by software development teams/technical staff and comprehend it for the end-users Collect user feedback to update and improve documentation and SharePoint information Proficiency with the MS-Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel), Microsoft SharePoint, MindMap, MindManager, and basic HTMLKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
