Job Summary:Signature Consultants is seeking a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) with nCino for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:- Utilize various reporting tools and systems to analyze and report QA data and related metrics
- Manage project schedules and resource requirements
- Communicating concerns in regards to timeline changes that will affect resourcing
- Supports defect resolution and defect tracking
- Produce project dashboards that include multiple application development requests under 1 project
- Compile and provide a monthly status report
- Manage test strategies across multiple testing teams
- Facilitate meetings to ensure proper communication around active / in process issues
- Keeping up with new Industry standards both testing and Insurance
- Handle any and all escalations and troubleshooting
Requirements:- Understands business requirements and can prepare test plans
- Takes personal ownership of responsibilities Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge and experience with multiple QA process activities (test planning, test execution, risk management, process assessment) desired
- Understands business requirements and/or flows and can prepare tests which are realistic to the business
- Ability to learn Test and Defect Management
- 5+ years User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including creating test cases & scripts
- 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- nCino and/or Salesforce experience
- Commercial Credit experience
