Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with a team of on-site and near-shore developers
• Foster a highly collaborative team environment
• Support Technical Director with the scoping of projects for new and current clients
• Lead code reviews and assessments to ensure all code is up to compliance and quality standards
• Champion use of development design patterns
• Ownership of back-end development discipline tools and processes
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Leverage and integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Develop back-end website applications, CMS integrations, and e-commerce implementations
