- Take functional lead of the overall project teams as the Product Owner;
- Providing direction to the Driver development team throughout the project
- Lead the planning for product release plans and set expectation for delivery
- Collaborate with, but not depend on, other technical team members to understand dependencies and order of technical deliverables;
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories;
- Ensure technical requirements are clear, aligned, testable, accurate, and maintained;
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions;
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals;
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product;
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Engineering Manager experience within B2B software company
- Experience delivering B2B software products, ideally within the Data Analytics/Integration space
- Has been a developer in one or more of these categories - API/SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/DevOps/Web full-stack
- Experience managing the workload of a large development team (20+)
- Experience using Jira to manage large scale projects and deliverables
- Experience managing multiple product offerings
- Experience working with international locations preferred
- B.S. degree in Computer Science (ideal)
