• MVC development experience
• Integrate portal with an EPA shared services registration data
• Integrate portal with applications running in MS Power Platform
• Familiar with agile practices such as iterative development
• Demonstrated technical ability in learning new technologies and evolving technical stack and processes
• Engage in agile practices such as iterative development
• Experience with TPC (Desired)
• DevOps and deployment pipeline familiarity
• Experience working in Azure DevOps and using agile development practices
• Strong communications verbal and written

Complete Description: DEQ is the lead stewardship agency for the protection of North Carolina's environmental resources. DEQ's Permitting Transformation Program is an exciting, department-wide initiative to update and improve the permit process. The Sitefinity Web Portal Developer is a key member of the Permitting Transformation (PTP) solution development team with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The candidate will focus on both front-end and backend development and integrate the portal with an MS Power Platform (Dynamics) solution as well as other systems, applications, and authentication services.
