Senior Java/Oracle Software Prod. Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Java/Oracle Software Product Support Engineer in Charlotte, NC.Summary:The resource will support multiple critical revenue generating online platforms such as ZELLE, Bill Pay, Transfer Scheduling, Online Wires, Direct Pay, and other highly prized applications involved in moving funds for our customers.This position works in Production Support analyzing of log reports, Splunk reports searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data to identifying defects. The Engineer prioritizes issue and sends to Development team to fix defects. They will also monitor defects for all of the above applications that have a tech stack of Java/J2EE/Oracle and Stored Procedures written in PL/SQL. This person needs to understand the technology to trace where issues reside.REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education 3-5 years of Experience with Java/J2EE (3 years) and Oracle PL/SQL (5 years) Position is contract to hire, and applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Prefer experience with: Web Services, Splunk, Autosys SchedulerStart your career off on the right foot with one of 'America's Top 500 Companies', as awarded by Forbes.
