Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC.Summary:The Senior Business Analyst is passionate about supporting leadership's maximization of resources across various departments and lines of business. As the Senior Manager of Data and Reporting, you excel at building, training, and managing a group of data and reporting specialists. Using an in-depth understanding of data analysis and methodology, you drive company growth by providing insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. You guide your team through the creation of accurate and comprehensive forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards. You thrive in an office environment serving as a consultant for teams across Spectrum Enterprise. You report to the Senior Director, Data Science for goals, guidance, and assistance.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred Five or more years of data analysis and reporting or related experience Two or more years of management/lead experience Familiar with SQL Solid prioritization and organizational skills that can work independently and in a collaborative dynamic team environment History of managing multiple projects and priorities with the ability to analyze and interpret data to quickly identify issues and opportunities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization Knowledge of using statistical concepts to compare distributions, hypothesis testing, probability theory, percentile, and confidence intervals calculations, creating plots and trendingHow you will stand out from the crowd: Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, Statistics concepts, GIS calculationsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
