Please find below the job description. Position: Salesforce Support Engineer Location: Morrisville, NC (Candidate needs to go onsite) Type: Full Time Employment Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce CRM and Salesforce administrator certified.
• Experience with Salesforce releases. Directly working with Salesforce application end users and resolving their issues.
• Configuration of Salesforce, creation of complex data models, external integration, business process automation and custom functionality to solve business requirements.
• Part of technology team to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions translating business requirements into systems, services, and solutions using Salesforce technologies with best practices in mind.
• Follow industry best practices, standards and operational guidelines. Experience with creating Sandboxes, Support incident processes, Admin activities.
• Experience with Dataloader, workbench and import wizard. Experience working in an SSO enabled environment.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Salesforce Shield, Lighting Web Components (LWC), salesforce security model.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Salesforce developer certification is a big plus
• Salesforce FSC experience is a big plus
• Experience with integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party applications using SOAP/REST API, Kafka, etc is a plus.
