Residential HVAC Field Supervisor

Looking for that next Hvac Foreman/Superintendent, must have 5 years' experience with at least 3 years of running crews and schedules. Mechanical license preferred.

Foreman/Superintendent who can lead a team, can communicate effectively with GC's and customers. Great communication skills required

Great attention to details, planning

Design build experience

Clean cut and professional appearance

Good with technology, computers, smart phone & I-pad.

Good with line voltage controls and knowledge of BAS controls

Ability to work well around the public

Ability to read all sections of plans, specs and general conditions related to the job

Organized and good with filling out required paperwork

Willing to work overtime, weekends, some nights/early mornings and/or flexible schedules

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass random drug testing
