Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Designer

Engineering firm is seeking persons with experience in Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical design. Must have experience with AutoCAD in the building design and construction field. Local applicants only please.

The position requires designing HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems for Multifamily and commercial buildings.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of experience in building design with knowledge of construction document plans and specifications.

Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing system design. Preferably all three disciplines, but persons with skills in one area will be considered if they are willing to be taught the other disciplines.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD as a minimum. Knowledge in heat load and other engineering programs a plus.

Has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Is team oriented but able to work independently as needed.

Will consider remote working for the right person.
