Primary Purpose: The Infrastructure Life Cycle Management/Metrics Manager oversees the strategy & implementation of the Life Cycle Management Program and development & execution of centralized Metrics & Reporting program. Establishes and executes the RBS Life Cycle Management Program. Partners with IT Asset Management, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams quarterly to review EOL, technical debt and investment recommendations. Establish Metrics/Reporting team. Partner with Infrastructure Leadership in the establishment of goals, metrics and KPIs, establish centralized data repository, develop reporting. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute Life Cycle Management program ( strategy, processes, procedures)
- Identify EOL, Technical Debt and investment priorities
- Develop Technical Debt Roadmap
- Identify benefits and risks
- Socialize Life Cycle Management program/strategy to IT/Business leadership
- Establish Life Cycle Management Team
- Develop and execute centralized Metrics and Reporting program
- Partner with Infrastructure Leadership in the development of metrics
- Monitor results to metrics on a regular basis
- Establish metrics reporting strategy
- Provide metrics reporting on a regular basis
- Establish Portfolio/Metrics Team
- Clarify team roles and responsibilities
- Manage Life Cycle Management and Metrics/Reporting team
- Conduct weekly meetings with team
- Ensure that the functions are performed in accordance to established policies and procedures
- Provide regular reporting to leadership
- Identify, resolve and escalate issues as needed
- 10+ years experience working in large, enterprise organizations
- Experience in IT technical and financial areas
