Brand new kitchen and equipment!

Line Cooks

-Must have 3+ years experience

-Knowledgeable in food safety

-Cleanliness, organized, and attention to detail is a must

-Team player

-Stations include Wok, Saute, fry

-Duties include setting up line, executing proper plating and cooking techniques, managing ticket times, breaking down station

-Full Time-PM Shift

Prep Cook

-Experience is great, but willing to train

-Must be self driven

-Organized, clean, and time management

-Day time position

-Duties include cutting meats, making sauce, folding dumplings, soups, etc

-Day Shifts and PM shifts available

Dish Washer

-Cleanliness and fast working

-Light prep is required

-Organized

-Willing to train
