Inside Sales RepresentativeClient in north Charlotte is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Direct hire. Base salary: $50K DOE. Excellent benefits package including profit sharing and 401K plan.Responsibilities:Responsible for account management, sales growth, supporting an outside sales team, monitoring market conditions and contributing in delivering key business objectivesManage the weekly performanceSupport Inside Sales Team by assisting with the decision makingSupport sales and marketing initiativesMonitor housing, economic and market conditionsUnderstanding of changes in building practicesSupport Outside Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and Production with daily business initiativesRequirements:3+ years of work experience in inside sales, customer serviceRequires a sales, technical, analytical and marketing skill set.A highly motivated self-starter who is able to handle a changing market dynamic.Basic knowledge of the channel segments in the building materials industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle customer objections in a professional and competent manner, while maintaining composure under pressureStrong organizational skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize time and workload during peak periodsProficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and ExcelBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
