About the Role:

Job title: Healthcare Business/Data analyst

Duration: 12-Month contract with extensions

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $50-$54 per hour

Job Description:

• Need someone who has worked on
  complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
• Strong Healthcare Claims background
• Lead
  the support of business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems
• Lead the identification and analysis of system requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
• Engage with stakeholders and SME submitting user stories to flush out detailed requirements to include
• Work with the assigned scrum teams, including the IT Developers and BSA to refine the requirements to ensure all the information is present to support IT solutioning.
• Experience collecting business requirements (preferably from health plans)
• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations, including improvements and revisions to business processes and requirements
• Validating proposed IT solution with the stakeholders to glean a common understanding to the approach.
• Experience building business case
• Experience
  doing analysis with healthcare product lines.
