Job DetailsOversee PLC programming and hardware implementation, manage changes to control and HMI hardware of software.Provide technical direction and support to manufacturing technician and maintenance staff. Lead the design andinstallation of automation upgrades. Support electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair of industrial manufacturingequipment. Partner with fellow engineers to identify and implement solutions for process reliability both in automationand power distribution. Develop improved control algorithms for process control, automation and safety. Create andmanage process instructions and documentation. Support new designs in parts selection and maintenance regardingparts inventory and troubleshooting.B.S. in Electrical Engineering or B.S in Electrical Engineering Technology is required.Minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing environmentHands on knowledge of PLC programming and hardware implementation, Siemens PLC platform is preferred, others will beconsideredFamiliarity with data collection systems, electrical control systems, PID controls and loops, motors, motor drives is required.Have the ability to build, modify and troubleshoot electrical and controls equipment.Have the ability to create, read and build from electrical schematics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; proficiency in data analysis software such as Minitab is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
