- Launch External reporting for 2 pilot partners (build SQL data pipelines ETLs, create Tableau dashboards)- Create internal processes & external trainings for onboarding partners- Incorporate feedback from partners and iterate on next version of dashboards- Build out data pipelines and dashboards for remaining partners PL/CC partnersSenior Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering various dashboards for external reporting. This role will maintain in-depth knowledge of Tableau as a visualization tool and new features as they become available. The analyst will engage in the development of highly critical Tableau dashboards for strategic and high impact projects with external stakeholders.Responsibilities- Develop advanced data visualizations using Tableau and Tableau Mobile best practices to effectively solve business problems- Analyze/curate large volumes of data using BigQuery- Design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau- Develop and own validation processes to ensure data accuracy across various dashboards and partner repositories- Resolve issues and bug fixes as part of the validation process and maintain the new feature request roadmap- Provide recommendations for reporting improvements and build proof-of-concept processes utilizing best practices for data management.- Build dashboard tutorials, document process flows, best practices, and requirements of various use cases in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders.- Manage row level security, access and performance aspect of the Tableau dashboard- Support ad-hoc dashboard and data requests to provide insights to various teams- Work with the business development teams to research data issues, data validation and sign-offs- Build Develop and provide training on new and existing dashboards to various business unitsMinimum Basic Requirement:- 4+ years of experience with SQL- 4+ years of experience with Tableau as a data visualization tool for insight synthesis and presentation- Strong problem-solver able to identify opportunities for growth or improvement to advance the goals of our both our partners and our businessPreferred Qualifications:- Fintech, financial services, consulting or a similar strategic or analytical experience- Familiarity with credit risk concepts and credit bureau reporting- Experience with software development, especially in building automation- Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly and confidently in verbal and written communications- Ability to independently thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment- Ability to work cross functionally and assert influence internally/externallyGenerate and distribute detailed pricing reports to internal and external stakeholdersInvestigate and communicate data discrepancies relative to trends and expectations, partnering with respective departments across the company to gain additional insight and recommending solutionsSupport cross-functional business partners in developing and handling specific pricing requirementsAnalyze and reconcile complex datasets to facilitate timely and accurate financial closeAs a Sr. Pricing Analyst, you will support the pricing operations, reporting, and analytics capabilities for some of our most strategic businesses.
