AAA Network Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a AAA Network Support Engineer in Morrisville, North Carolina (NC).Responsibilities includes: Drives problem resolution for issues experienced in customer environments Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves incidents related to our products, services, or solutions AAA Network Support Engineer provides answers for products, services, or solutions questions Creates or updates, and delivers problem resolution, project collateral, and/or knowledge transfer Assists in documenting and resolving technical problems found in products and solutions AAA Network Support Engineer engages and drives appropriate resources for escalations Maintains accurate documentation in incident and knowledge management systems Ensures case management guidelines are followedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred Certification: Cisco CCNA R&S, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or CCIE security PKI and X.509 certificates 2+ years of experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging networks (direct customer support experience) Experience and Knowledge of MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, AirWatch are also beneficial) Experience using and troubleshooting API's (Postman) Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above) is required Knowledge of basic Routing and Switching and Wireless Lan Controllers Programming skills: Python, Java, Linux Knowledge of PXGrid and functionality Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS Familiarity with Microsoft AD and LDAP Knowledge of basic Routing and Switching and Wireless Lan Controllers Knowledge of Cisco network security products, protocols, and solutions such as Identity Service Engine (ISE), Trust Sec Strong communication skills, both oral and written Good analytical skills Ability to work independently Passionate about and can learn and work in a multicultural team environment You drive to achieve goals with limited supervisionKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
