Web Designer / Data Visualization Analyst

The web designer / data visualization analyst will be responsible for designing tailored website content, building visualization solutions, and developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions and working with stakeholders. The Analyst will use WordPress, Oxygen, Adobe Creative Suite and be also responsible for the design of new elements of the website.Primary Responsibilities and Activities Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable. Transforming, improving and integrating data, depending on the business requirements. Combining the data result sets across multiple sources. Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to users. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the business and develop data driven insights that are both strategic and operational. Responsible for web design, including the implementation of themes and plugins to create attractive and user-friendly websites according to specifications. Creating mock-ups, and designing layouts while balancing the usability, visual appeal, and technical feasibility of the designs. Education and Experience Bachelor or Masters degree in graphic design, computer science, or a similar field. 3 to 5 years experience of professional design. 3 to 5 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) 3 to 5 years of experience with WordPress. 3 to 5 years of experience with Oxygen. 3 to 5 years of experience of experience Adobe Creative Suite.Required Knowledge and Skills 3 to 5 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). 3 to 5 years of experience with WordPress. 3 to 5 years of experience with Oxygen. 3 to 5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite. 3 to 5 years of experience in a business-facing analytical role and proven track record of related success. Experience with some or all of the following: data integrations / ETL, data warehouses, data validation, data visualization, report design, SQL, advanced Excel, Python, Power BI to Tableau, data governance and analytics concepts such as relational data modeling. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Powerful Storytelling with large, complex datasets. Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards and analytics and knowledge of Tableau architecture. Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools and a solid understanding of relational databases, and normalization. Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch. Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography. Research and evaluate new design trends. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices. Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats. Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment. Highly organized and effective in managing multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction Excellent time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyExpected DeliverablesDuring the course of the assignment the web designer and data visualization analyst will be responsible for delivering the following items: ESG Web Pages: Design multiple web pages for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) engagement activities with, achievements, targets, governance as well as reports and metrics in a clear user-friendly manner while balancing the usability, visual appeal, and technical feasibility of the designs incorporating automated updates and plugins. This should be integrated into the current website. Enhanced Web Pages: Re-design web pages for website, for the Investment Section, depending on priorities set by stakeholders that will enrich the website with comprehensive content, clear visual design, and make information easily accessible. This should be integrated into the current website.
