Job DetailsResponsibilities and Duties:Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and testable Ruby codeIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions and propose optimizationsHelp maintain code quality, organization and automatizationWillingness to mentor and teach others, as well as continually learn yourself Writing new and improving current documentationIntegrate our application with various APIs and 3rd party systemsQualifications and Skills:4+ years of professional development experience in Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworkClear understanding of OOP principlesDeep understanding of testing and what, when and how to testFamiliarity with modern frontend frameworks and toolsExtensive experience with developing and maintaining APIs, as well as integrating with 3rd party APIsExperience with using MySQL and PostgreSQL databasesWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelinesNice to Have:GraphQLRabbitMQgRPCStimulus.js / HotwireTimescaleDB or similar time series databaseFamiliarity with development for IoT devicesFamiliarity with using Docker and development in a dockerized environmentInterested in hearing more?
