Our Utility Client in NYC is looking for a remote QA Tester who is strong with Mobile and Web Testing. Assignment DetailsThe candidate will be responsible to design and develop test plans, and execute functional tests for multiple mobile and web applications.Analyze existing applications to understand requirements and develop traceability matrix.Perform manual testing based on the needs of the project.Develop automated test cases using C# and Selenium test framework.Develop weekly/monthly reports on testing progressWork closely with business SMEs and other team members including developers. Skills & RequirementsTesting experience on both web based and mobile (native) applications)Experience with test execution, defect tracking and quality management tools.Basic knowledge of Web technologies, XML and MQ Messaging.Experience working with Agile teamsAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.Knowledge or experience with ALM tools like Azure DevOpsPrior experience or knowledge in developing automated test cases using Selenium frameworks.
