RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Product Analyst.Summary:In this role, the Product Analyst supports an agile product team throughout the product lifecycle from inception through retirement. They perform industry, business, and technical analysis and contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization in line with business objectives. Product Analysts define feature sets, standards for quality, and work closely with in their squad(s) to ensure business value is achieved and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Responsibilities: Contributes to defining product vision and roadmaps with measurable outcomes, and working with technology partners to ensure integration to the Bank technology roadmap, drive alignment with product interdependencies Develop messaging and communication artifacts around product vision and delivery for stakeholder briefings Work within delivery squad/s to deliver products; This includes definition of feature requirements, prioritization and sequencing, coordination of product demos and user feedback sessions, and rollout management Apply findings from customer research and product design to backlog prioritization decisions Design and execute user acceptance testing approach and scripts, provide oversight and coordination through deployment planning Actively monitor, and communicate product-specific operational KPIs once a product enters production and provide expert insights for improvement opportunities Actively promote full adoption of product features, provide training and onboarding support for new users; Provide ongoing expertise and guidance on best usage practices Actively promote Agile behaviors within business areas to accelerate the transition to the new operating modelREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in public policy or economics, business, technology or related field Certified Product Owner in Scrum and Kanban 8+ years of professional experience, and 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
