Need Desktop Support Technician Level 2/3 in New York, NY Manager note:I cannot stress enough that, beyond technical skills, NBC wants PERSONALITY - to be able to articulate and interact with all levels of NBC associates. Job DescriptionGeneral Desktop Support job description:Candidates should have 3-5+ years desktop support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment supporting 70% PC/Windows (Win10 & Office 365) and 30% Mac users. ServiceNow experience preferred. Excellent communication/people skills with focus on customer service (retail experience a plus).All candidates must be COVID vaccinated and are required to clear drug and criminal background checks prior to working onsite. Eight (8 temporary Level 2/3 positions: 4 months (end of July) desktop support project for employees returning to office. Must be able/willing to work weekends.Engagement Terms:
- Location: New York, NY 10112
- Duration: 4 months (end of July)
- Openings: 8
- Rate: 28-34/hr
- Candidate must have Covid Vaccination.
- Interview: May expect a mix of remote and onsite.
- Shift schedule: Fulltime Must be able/willing to work weekends.
