Hi We have an urgent role of Ivanti/ Service Engineer. URGENT HIRE! Ivanti/ Service Engineer in NYC-2days a month Location: Midtown NYC Contract to hire 6 months Title: Ivanti Engineer/Service Engineer Assist in the management and configuration of the business-critical Service Manager platform for the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact on a world class medical center in the heart of Manhattan. Core Responsibilities Work with the Senior Ivanti Administrator to implement solutions in the Ivanti platform that meet business needs. This includes the creation of new workflows, interface optimizations and integrations for the Ivanti platform. Provide operational support for the Ivanti Service Manager platform. This includes troubleshooting and remediating production issues with the platform as well as diagnosing issues with integrations. Perform upgrades and maintenance as directed by the Senior Ivanti Administrator. Request form creation and associated workflows Investigate issues submitted by users Create and troubleshoot new or existing workflows User management: adding/ removing users from teams and roles Be able to create business rules: triggered actions, quick actions, initialization rules, editing and calculation rules Requirements 1+ years of experience working as an administrator and engineer with the Ivanti Service Manager platform or equivalent experience with other service management platforms. Knowledge of the Ivanti platform including knowledge of implementation and integration options. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with business stakeholders effectively. Basic knowledge of computer programming and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) A strong focus on business outcomes Ability to build custom webservices and work comfortably with APIs Familiarity with email listener functionality Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders and working with individuals in a large / diverse technology organization. Knowledge of devops tooling including source version control systems, build pipelines and test automation highly desired. Experience working on an Agile team desired. Experience creating dynamic custom applications desired (using SQL, Javascript, Powershell and C#)
