Description:

• This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
• Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
• This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
• They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Delivery Team to do data analytics and produce executive material.
• Perform data analysis across MAPS Incident Management using current systems to extract data.
• Build executive level PowerPoints that tell a story and are understandable by technology and the business.
• Build and maintain automated routine projects.
• Work closely with other teams within MAPS.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies within the Delivery Team.
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge - VLOOKUPS, Pivots, Executive Presentations
• Automation Knowledge - having a process efficiency mindset
• SharePoint - being able to create list, set permissions, etc.
• Have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• A high level of attention to detail
