Job DetailsWe are looking for our first BizOps hire to work directly with the CEO to execute on some of our highest value projects. You'll be tasked with 0-1 work where you will define new functions, build a playbook, then hire the team and replace yourself. There will also be some involvement in helping our existing teams scale. This is one of our highest leverage roles and will quickly evolve. Initial work will include:
  • Work with the business team and founders to define company-wide priorities and targets
  • Build systems, process, and dashboard to continuously track KPIs
  • Develop and execute strategies for go-to-market, operations, and customer experience (these are mostly new functions for us)
  • Help drive strategic sales and partnerships from discovery through implementation
  • Perform financial analysis to help leadership team make key decisions (building budgets, cash flow analysis, unit economics, etc)
  • Build basic HR infrastructure like 360 reviews, career progression planning, employee on/off boarding, etc
  • Our ideal team member may have specialties in some of these areas, but most importantly has shown a clear ability to learn quickly.
Desired Skills
  • 3-5+ years of operations, banking, or management consulting experience
  • Intermediate-expert FP&A skills
  • A track record for delivering tangible results and prioritizing progress over motion
  • A desire to help build an infrastructure-grade fintech product in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to garner buy-in and work across teams such as product, operations, and engineering
  • Excited about joining a small, high-growth team and tackle large, open ended problems
  • Experience working at a Fintech startup would be a huge plus
