Still have a passion for food and cooking but burned out working the line? We are seeking an experienced chef to handle and monitor daily prep, cleanliness, and equipment care 6AM - 2PM 5 days a week. You will manage a small staff and while you will work hand in hand with the chef and the rest of the staff, you would report directly to the owner. Salary will be commensurate with ability, experience, and skill. Further bonus opportunities are available as well. Must have at least 5 years of professional kitchen experience and supply references.
