Estate Caretaker

Daily caretaker for lovely estate in the Village Of Bemus Point needed .

5 days a week, five hours a day .

830 to 1:30 pm year around.

Longer hours from May - November

This job requires a strong person with experience in basic landscaping, detail oriented and able to be a handyman .

Knowledge and ability to use gas powered equipment and trimmers .

Must be personable , a good communicator and have reliable transportation and good references .
