Eldercare companion needed

A companion for an elderly woman is needed 1-3 hours a day perhaps 5-6 days a week. The companion would ideally be a caring empathetic individual with prior experience in healthcare settings who enjoys conversing with others. The companion-caregiver might also assist with certain activities of daily life such as bringing snack foods, placing cell phone calls, or writing and mailing postcards. No medical training is needed, but medical training would be a helpful plus.
